We partner with UPS for all mail deliveries within the United States. See below the offered mail services:

  • UPS® Ground
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®

Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • The full amount minus a $5.00 restocking fee will be credited to the original tender if returned within 14 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. Items must be in like-new condition and unworn with tags attached, to be accepted as a return.
  • Price adjustments will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment. Receipts marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchanges.
  • To return your domestic online order, please contact our Customer Care team at support@by-label.com.
  • We cannot process exchanges for online orders. Please return your online order following the above and place a new order for the item desired at your convenience.
  • All refunds that meet our return policy and standards will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to post to your account.
  • We do not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen when returned via means other than our pre-paid FedEx service nor do we issue refunds for shipping fees incurred through the use of other carriers.
  • Purchases made through online concessions should be returned or exchanged in accordance with their own policy.
  • Biliana Yotovska Label (BYL) Customer Service are unable to support with returns from Concession Partners. We recommend contacting the concession partners customer service team so they can advise you on their return policy and process.
