If you’re reading these lines, you have already made the most important step towards a healthy lifestyle – the decision to eat right. Believe me, the rest is a matter of inspiration, a little improvisation and diligence. It took me almost four months to personally prepare and photograph every meal, since I wanted to try and make every dish perfect. I really believe I poured my soul in this book.
